This is another really cool vintage Kentucky cookbook! I️ snatch these old cookbooks up whenever I️ can because they always have really good recipes that we just don’t see today!
This one is called “What’s Cooking in Kentucky ” and it was published by the Irene Hayes in 1970. This is the 1974 ———-edition.
* The Lexington Herald Leader called this the “Bible” of Kentucky cooking
*This cookbook is still for sale in all KY state parks
The cover shows some wear and tear and there’s a round stain on it (see photo), but the pages and dividers are all in good condition.
